Requirements for Daycare

All Dogs at Dog Days Daycare Center must first complete two in-depth screening interviews; one in their own home and one at the Daycare Center.

There is a $10 per dog screening interview fee which includes both sessions. For the safety of all humans and canines at Dog Days Daycare, only dogs with non-aggressive temperaments can be accepted.

DOG DAYS DAYCARE CENTER

Great Days Begin At Dog Days Daycare Center!

*Each dog must receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to attending Dog Days Daycare Center, and at least annually thereafter.

*Proof or certification of current rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella must be provided.

*Proof of spaying or neutering for all dogs more than seven months old is required. Sorry, but we cannot accept dogs that have not been spayed or neutered.

*All dogs must be on a flea & tick control product. A heartworm preventative is strongly recommended for your dogs’ continuing good health. Flea Collars are not an acceptable form of flea prevention.

*Puppies must be at least four months old.

*Except for mid-day treats, feedings are not provided during regular daycare hours. Our sleepover guests dine privately. Special accommodations for daytime feedings can be made.

*Veterinarian prescribed medications can be administered by special, advanced arrangement.

*All dogs must be dropped off no earlier than 7am and picked up no later than 8pm.

*All dogs must have a snap on collar such as this type with proper I.D.

*No choke, prong, or flea collars permitted.

*All dogs who are boarding must check in by noon that day.
