We are pleased to announce our new Puppy Play Group sessions every Sunday from 12 noon to 1 pm for puppies 8 weeks to 4 months old and who have all age-appropriate vaccinations.
Puppies will be able to develop their socialization skills with other puppies and no adult dogs. They will learn different play styles and how to play appropriately.
Owners will participate to expose their puppies to different stimuli that they have not yet experienced such as walking on different types of surfaces, various scents and sounds and what they are associated with, meeting new people, different types of toys, etc.
What could be more fun and educational?!
Each session will be administered in our back building (The Ruff House) and will be supervised by our newest family member here at Dog Days, Jeannette Rybak.
Jeannette was recruited from Leipzig, Germany and is a canine behaviorist and trainer. Most recently she was responsible for the entire Mantrailing Unit of the IHV.e.V (roughly translated as the International Dog Association) where she trained 75 mantrailing K9s and their handlers. Mantrailing is a combination of both scent tracking and trailing.
Admission is $20 at the door and children are welcome.
